Pauline & Kai are such a treat! We knew they were the couple for us when in our first meeting together Pauline started talking about printing her own invites with her Gocco, a Japanese screen printer that I’ve been coveting for a while. In the end she didn’t use her Gocco for her invites however Pauline & Kai did an incredible job creating and making all the gorgeous details of their wedding. They designed all of their paper goods for their wedding themselves, from the invites, to the programs, to the buttons, to the table numbers, to their wedding favours. Pauline even made her adorable cake toppers! Pauline & Kai had their wedding ceremony and reception at the lovely SFU Diamond Alumni Centre. We met up with the adorable couple and their wedding party before the ceremony for their portrait session around SFU and at the Barnet Marine Park. With the portrait session done so early Pauline & Kai were able to hang out and enjoy their guests straight through the evening. We had so much fun with this wonderful couple and their family and friends.
After the wedding Pauline emailed us these kind words which made us smile: “Both Kai and I feel that you and Holly have become our friends now so it’s nice that you attended our wedding and took photos for us too. We had such a fun time at the photo shoot
!”
ThankĀ you, Pauline & Kai, for having us be a part of such a special day. Congratulations!
Holly & Roger

Pauline’s bird cage veil was so pretty.

The lovely wedding party.

Seriousness followed by giggles.

I loved Pauline’s white sequined converse.

We snuck into the library at SFU and got some adorable shots.

Pauline & Kai made these….

and these…..

… and these! Amazing, isn’t it?

Pauline’s nephew reluctantly came down the aisle even with Kai’s bribe!

Officially Mr. & Mrs.!! YIPPEE!

Some guests “drove” into the reception and others…well….

The gorgeous view from the balcony at the Diamond Centre.

Such a little sweetie.

Pauline & Kai wanted a photo booth at their reception instead of having an engagement session with us. It was a riot editing through all the crazy photos their guests took in the photo booth.

We hear you, ladies! Mmmmm Japadog!

Roger, you shouldn’t be raising a sword to our clients!!! GEEZ!! : )
