We all know how terrible a summer we’ve had this year, so wet and chilly. Well, on Kevin & Gloria’s wedding day it rained and rained and would not stop. Kevin & Gloria were going to have their ceremony in the Centennial Rose Garden on Burnaby Mountain followed by lunch at Horizons Restaurant. With the crazy rain they decided to change the plans and move the ceremony to inside the restaurant. Kevin & Gloria’s family and friends pulled together and helped the couple change the ceremony to inside the restaurant. It all turned out really well in the end and the weather didn’t dampen anyone’s moods. We loved how much Gloria was beaming all day long. It was still drizzling during Gloria & Kevin’s portrait session which we did at the end of the day and wow, the fog & low lying clouds made for something very romantic and magical.
Congratulations, Gloria & Kevin! We are so very happy for you two. Thanks so much for sharing your wedding day with us.
