I wanted to share with you all my friend, Dawne Gourlay’s, amazing blog, Baker’s Balance. Dawne is an extremely talented professional pastry chef (I’m drooling right now thinking of her amazing treats). A few months ago she started clean eating and cut out refined sugar, wheat flour (gluten-free), dairy, and alcohol from her diet. Dawne started experimenting in the kitchen and has created some amazing recipes staying within her version of clean eating (even chocolate chip cookies!). Knowing how amazing Dawne is, I have no doubt that all the recipes are crazy delicious and they are simple too. Her pictures alone have me drooling. (There I go again, Dawne’s food just does that to me). How can you not love healthy, delicious and easy to make food? Will I see you at the farmer’s market buying some purslane?
