Thailand

Roger and I are both passionate about travel and we have been very lucky to have visited some amazing places. Over the next few weeks I’ll share some photos we’ve taken in our travels. I thought I would start with Roger’s trip to northern Thailand he took in February of last year. Roger was there for 5 days to take photos for a start up NGO. Unfortunately the NGO never really got off the ground but Roger is hoping to use the photos he took of the hilltribe people of northern Thailand to raise money for the villagers. He is working on some ideas to make that happen. It was a super busy 5 days but one that was really rewarding for Roger. He felt so honoured to get to to these remote villages and see the projects they were doing to bring business into their villages and to educate their children. Here are some of the photos from his trip. I think Roger did a fantastic job of capturing the day to day life in these villages.
